Do I have to set up my own tent?

Leave all the work to us!  We set up and tear down your tent.  Your tent rental price includes a 24 hour rental.  We will work with you to establish a convenient time to set up.

When do I need to pay?

Full payment due day of SET-UP by cash or Venmo. No exceptions please.

What if I have an unusual situation or location?

Please advise us of any unusual circumstances including (but not limited to) uneven terrain, low tree branches, telephone or cable wires, or any other obstructions that would inhibit our access to your site.  Failure to notify us in advance may result in inability to set-up tent.

How should I prepare for tent take-down?

We do require that all tables be cleared of food, debris, and decorations and be wiped clean by tear-down time. We ask that you ensure any and all items be removed from beneath the tent. Examples include kegs, your own tables/chairs, drunken guests, etc.
